Dogs R Us boarding kennels was established in 2002 by Chris Ball. We provide a countryside holiday location for dogs who need a break in home routine or to be cared for while their human family go on their own holidays. We also give priority to dogs who need help during a family crisis eg owner is unwell.
The kennels are located outside of Ilkeston in peaceful countryside on the edge of Locko Park. We provide a flexible service that works with the customer giving their dogs a safe and happy place to be. All at a price that makes sense.
- The kennels are licensed by Erewash Council and inspected annually. The license reference number is 52570/19 and we have a 5 star rating.
- Dogs must be vaccinated against Parvovirus, Distemper, Leptospirosis, Viral Hepatitis and Kennel Cough in order to protect them and other boarding dogs at our kennels.
- We cater for dogs with special dietary needs/medication
- Pick up and drop off times take into account customers individual needs, as well as making sure disruption to the ongoing dog residents is kept to a minimum.
- We can accommodate 20 dogs and do take family groups (maximum of 3 dogs) which can be kennelled together if the owner wishes.
