Accomodation
The kennels are heated, clean and secure. We provide beds, bedding, food bowls and clean water 24/ 7. Customers can bring their dogs own beds, bedding and toys if they wish to do so.
Food
We ask customers to bring their dogs own food and treats because it means the dogs are less likely to get tummy upsets or feel unsettled because they are not getting their usual food. We can accommodate special dietary needs and administer medication.
Exercise
The dogs in our care are individually assessed and provided with the type of exercise appropriate to their needs. This can mean spending time running and playing in the paddock with other friendly dogs, being taken for a country walk on the lead or maybe just have a potter about in the yard and garden in the company of a human friend.
New customers please note that prior to a booking being accepted Chris will need to have a chat with you about your dog, it’s temperament and energy level etc. Whenever possible he advises customers who have dogs that have never before stayed in kennels to stay overnight to see how the dog copes with the kennel environment and routine. We are unable to accommodate the needs aggressive or overly dominant dog.
Dogs R Us is not a large kennels and our focus is on providing the dogs in our care with the best holiday experience possible.
